Every Movement You Make Is Part Of Staying Fit

The idea of making every movement you do a part of staying fit is not what our culture tells us is possible. Of course this is the same culture that produces addictive fast foods while extolling the beauty of anorexic girls. Maybe we ought to take what society tells us with a grain of salt. It is possible to get to the point where each movement we make is a gift we can give ourselves to look and feel our best. If you have faith in this process and in yourself,  you will then be able to make your own judgements.
