What is the first thing people see when they look at you?  No, not your face, your overall appearance, your form.  Posture is the most important feature in improving your appearance and projects confidence and personal power. No question about it.

Stand tall and smile and watch how people are attracted to you.  Good posture in most cases must be learned.  Simply because we aren’t taught as children how to stand straight and tall. It is never too late and you are never too old to learn to improve how you stand, walk, sit, bend, etc.  A side effect is less aches, pains and ease in movement.

Straighten UP , the book will be out before summer.  Look for it!   Blessings, Lorie
